🏢 1. Seller identification
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter the “Terms”, are entered into between the seller operating Qalliya and any person making a purchase on the website.
🎨 2. Products and services
Qalliya offers digital coloring-related content, including downloadable coloring pages, PDF ebooks, credits and subscriptions giving access to selected premium content.
The main characteristics of each product are displayed on its page: title, description, preview, available format, price, number of credits, access conditions and license.
💳 3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including taxes where applicable. The amount due is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Qalliya does not store full bank card numbers.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been accepted.
🧾 4. Order
The customer selects the desired products or offer, checks the order summary, accepts these Terms and proceeds to payment.
Some purchases may be made without an account, such as direct purchases of coloring pages or ebooks where this option is available. Credits and subscriptions require a customer account.
After successful payment, the customer receives confirmation and can access the purchased content from the account area or through download links.
📥 5. Digital delivery
Products sold on Qalliya are provided digitally. No physical product is shipped.
Download links are generated after payment and remain valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for saving downloaded files.

🪙 6. Credits
Credits allow access to selected premium content on a per-item basis where this option is available.
Credits are attached to the customer account and cannot be transferred, exchanged for money or refunded once used.
Unless otherwise stated on the website, purchased credits do not expire.
⭐ 7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide the benefits shown on the Premium page, such as access to selected content, downloads, included credits or specific features depending on the chosen plan.
Subscriptions may be monthly or annual and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation stops automatic renewal. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
↩️ 8. Withdrawal right
For distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period.
However, for digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium, the customer may expressly waive the withdrawal right when requesting immediate access and acknowledging that immediate performance results in the loss of that right.
Credits or content already consumed, downloaded or made immediately accessible may therefore be non-refundable where the legal waiver conditions are met.
Where withdrawal still applies, the customer may contact admin@qalliya.com with their name, email, order number and a clear withdrawal statement.
🖍️ 9. License
Files offered on Qalliya remain protected by copyright. Purchase or download does not transfer intellectual property rights.
Depending on the license shown on the product page, the customer may use files for personal, educational or commercial purposes. If no commercial license is stated, commercial use is not permitted.
Reselling digital files alone, massive redistribution, public sharing or inclusion in a competing image library is prohibited without written permission.
🔐 10. Customer account
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping login credentials confidential.
Qalliya may suspend an account in case of fraudulent use, unauthorized access attempts, abusive file sharing or breach of these Terms.
🛡️ 11. Liability
Qalliya makes reasonable efforts to ensure access to the website and digital content but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The seller is not liable for misuse of files by the customer, issues related to the customer’s device, internet connection or force majeure.
🔒 12. Personal data
Data collected during an order is necessary for payment processing, content access, customer follow-up and accounting obligations.
The customer may consult the privacy policy to learn more about data processing, retention and rights.
🤝 13. Complaints, mediation and disputes
In case of difficulty, the customer is invited to contact customer support at admin@qalliya.com to seek an amicable solution.
Consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge after first attempting to resolve the dispute directly with the seller.
These Terms are governed by French law. If no amicable resolution is found, the competent courts will be seized in accordance with ordinary law.
📝 14. Changes to the Terms
Qalliya may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, offers or regulations. The applicable Terms are those in force when the order is placed.
